Payments to SilverSpell Network is a payment for the virtual items or services contained in the purchase. All transactions are final and there will be no guarantee of any refunds. All refunds are at the discretion of the SilverSpell administration team. If you are banned from SilverSpell services for any reason, you will not be refunded. Bans and Punishments are at the full discretion of the server administration and staff team. There is no guarantee of being able to enter or use SilverSpell servers/services, and if the server is no longer in operation, all virtual items are forfeit. All virtual items and/or services have no real world value, and we reserve the right to transform or change and rank, item, or service at any time without prior notice. By completing any transactions, you agree that all provided information is correct and exact. By completing any transaction, you agree to waive your right to take any action against the server, staff, members, website, or Arctic Gaming LLC. You also agree that any "charge backs" or cancellations of pending transactions or similar, could result in permanent banning on all SilverSpell services. These terms and conditions take effect immediately at the time of purchase, and last indefinitely.
This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect your information. Any personal information will only be used to fulfill your order, or resolve payment disputes. We do NOT sell or redistribute ANY information to anyone.
